Refund & Cancellation Policy

Day passes (24-hour Pro access)
Day passes are time-limited digital services that begin delivering value the moment they are purchased. They are non-refundableonce purchased. They do not auto-renew.
Monthly plans
Monthly plans are billed up-front for 30 days of access. If you believe you have been wrongly charged or did not receive access, contact us within 7 days of the charge and we will investigate and, where appropriate, issue a refund for the unused portion. Refund requests after 7 days will not normally be honoured except where required by applicable law.
Cancellation
Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated at checkout. You may stop using the Service at any time. Stopping use does not retroactively refund a paid plan.
How to request a refund
- Email us via the Contact page.
- Include the payment reference shown by Razorpay and the email used to purchase.
- State briefly why a refund is requested.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Razorpay and typically reach the customer within 5–10 business days, depending on the bank.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us may result in suspension of the account.
