These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of this website and any services offered through it (collectively, the "Service"). The Service is operated from India. By creating an account, purchasing a plan, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Nature of the service

The Service generates astrology-themed content (chat, horoscopes, compatibility reports, palm/face reading, voice readings, journal summaries) using artificial intelligence and traditional Vedic calculations. All output is provided for entertainment, cultural interest, and personal reflection only. It is not medical, psychological, legal, financial, investment, relationship, career, immigration, or safety advice and must not be relied on as such.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.
• You confirm that you are accessing the Service for yourself and not on behalf of another person without their consent.
• You agree not to upload photographs of any third party (including minors) without their explicit consent.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information (including birth details, which are used solely to compute your chart) and to keep it up to date.

4. Acceptable use

• No attempts to break, probe, or overload the Service.
• No use of the Service to harass, defame, harm, or impersonate others.
• No upload of unlawful, sexual-of-minors, hateful, or otherwise harmful content.
• No use of the AI to obtain medical diagnoses, legal opinions, financial trades, or any high-stakes decision support.
• No scraping, reverse-engineering of model weights, or attempts to extract proprietary prompts.

5. Plans, billing, and payments

Some features require a paid plan. All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes where indicated. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we do not store full card details. A 24-hour day pass grants access for 24 hours from the time of purchase. A monthly plan grants access for 30 days from the time of purchase. Plans do not auto-renew unless explicitly stated.

6. Refunds and cancellation

Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, prompts, and trademarks, is owned by us or our licensors. AI-generated text is licensed to you for personal, non-commercial use. You may not republish bulk Service output without written permission.

8. AI output, accuracy, and your responsibility

AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, biased, or out of date. Traditional astrological readings are interpretive and not verified science. You are solely responsible for any decision you make based on Service output. We make no warranty that any reading, prediction, remedy, or suggestion will be accurate, reliable, or produce any particular result.

9. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability. See our Disclaimer for details.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will we, our affiliates, officers, employees, or contractors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) INR 1,000.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim, demand, loss, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

12. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access at any time for breach of these Terms, abuse, fraud, chargebacks, or to comply with law. Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance.

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
